Stone House Farm is a 2,000-acre regenerative organic grain farm in the Hudson Valley in New York. It is also home of Hudson Carbon, a non-profit that focuses on on-farm agricultural research and development of carbon measurement tools. Managing Director Matt Sheffer will present about the regenerative organic management system developed and practiced by Stone House Farm. Hudson Carbon’s long-term carbon cycle research will be highlighted.
