Anu Ramaswami, the Sanjay Swani ’87 Professor of India Studies and professor of civil and environmental engineering and the High Meadows Environmental Institute, will present “Are Cities and Utilities Ready for Deep Decarbonization?” at 12:15 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, via Zoom webinar. Ramaswami will explore deep decarbonization plans at the city-scale. She will discuss how cities are measuring progress toward a low-carbon future, and highlight unique opportunities for decarbonization that individual cities offer that are not reflected in the national discourse.
