Jeana Wirtenberg, Ph.D. helps companies and organizations make sustainability a mainstream, routine business practice. She is an expert on the leadership, organizational dynamics, and psychology required to make that happen.
Jeana is also Associate Director for the Rutgers Institute for Corporate Social Innovation, and Professor of Professional Practice in the Management & Global Business Department, Rutgers Business School. She is leading the UN’s Principles for Responsible Management Education initiative for the Rutgers Business School.
Jeana is lead editor and author of The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook : When it all Comes Together, first published in 2008, with second edition published in 2019: The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook: Building New Bridges (Routledge, 2019), & Living Fieldbook www.TSEFB.com.
She is Author, Building a Culture for Sustainability: People, Planet and Profits in a New Green Economy (Praeger, 2014). She draws on more than 20 years of her own research, teaching, and front-line experience to deliver practical advice to large and small organizations on how to begin or accelerate their own transitions to long-term sustainability.
